SSR honored with Statement of Support For Guard and Reserve by ESGR

In Blake’s Paulson’s nomination, a current SSR Field Engineer and an active duty service member, described how accommodating Sarit, President of SSR was when he told them he was currently enlisted in the National Guard during his hiring process. “It did not affect their decision to hire me whatsoever. When in the past, some companies probably wrote me off right away when I mentioned I was part of the Guard,” stated Blake. 

According to the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), SSR is a model employer that both encourages and advocates for employee participation in the military, which is why SSR was honored with a Statement of Support by the ESGR. “We truly appreciate these patriotic men and women who serve in our U.S. Military that allow us to have the freedoms we have today,” said Sarit.
