Sarit founded SSR in 1996 leveraging experiences managing IT for Harnischfeger and related entities. In addition to leading SSR, he is a current Board Member of Sentry Equipment, Waukesha State Bank, Sharp Literacy, and the MMAC Council of Small Businesses. He is a past Board Member of the Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment. Sarit earned a BS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and completed the CEO program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Scott has been part of SSR since 1997, applying his innate technical aptitude, learning new generations of technology, and keeping SSR and its clients at the forefront of innovation. He began his career as an Electrical Engineer with Terminal Andrae, one of America’s longest-established industrial automation contractors. Scott earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Dirk Smith joined SSR in 2025 to lead our OpEx Betterment Program. He has experience in all areas of manufacturing, having served in roles from the shop floor, to owner, president & CEO. He has worked for 30+ years in the Contract & OEM
manufacturing arena for companies with up to $130M in sales. Dirk has also led or participated in ten strategic business acquisitions and integrations during his career.
Sud joined SSR Total IT in 2026 as our Director of Growth & Fractional CRO.
Sud brings extensive experience in business strategy, revenue growth, technology, and digital transformation. He helps organizations align their sales, marketing, operations, and technology to drive smarter decisions, stronger customer experiences, and profitable growth.
At SSR, Sud leads our internal revenue growth initiatives while spearheading the development of our Fractional CRO practice, helping clients connect their digital presence, CRM, ERP, AI, and business processes to accelerate business performance.
Angela joined SSR in 2025 as Project Manager. In her role, Angela plays helps lead and deliver IT projects that help our clients optimize their technology environments. With a strong background in project management, technical problem-solving, and client collaboration, she will ensure that projects are executed efficiently—on time, within scope, and on budget.
Scott joined SSR in 2026 as our Applications & Analytics Delivery Leader.
Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, product strategy, and team development.
He will lead the continued development of our Applications & Analytics practice, focusing on delivering solutions for our clients through creating applications that improve efficiencies and communications.
Ryan joined SSR in 2020, following a series of roles in the education sector which included responsibility for information technology at Bader Hillel Academy. He brings an innate understanding of the IT challenges facing leaders of small and mid-sized organizations. Ryan earned a BA in Elementary Education from Central College and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University.
Michael joined SSR in 2018 with responsibility for Finance and Administration, after working in private practice for five years. Previously, he served in Audit for the Marcus Corporation and as Controller of a major Marcus hotel property. Michael earned a BS in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from DeVry’s Keller School of Management.
Angela joined SSR in 2022 to lead Human Resources, following a series of roles in HR and business administration with leading healthcare and senior living organizations, including Celestial Care, where she held responsibility for 475 employees and 10-15 new hires per week. Being a go-to person for various IT matters in her prior work, Angela is excited to be closer to technology at SSR to build and support our first-rate technical team.
