Jodi RadajClient Care Supervisor

Jodi joined SSR in 2007 with a focus on supporting the Office and Engineering Team. As growth of the company was spurred, she became Director of Scheduling/Purchasing in addition to working in Client Care.

Jodi is dedicated to providing clients with the best possible support and customer service from quotes to procurement, order management and vendor relations. She is involved in the day-to-day support of the Engineering Team, including scheduling their time serving customers. In addition, Jodi manages the internal office needs and plans company events. She has years of customer support experience and a marketing background, with an Associate degree in Travel/Marketing from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
