Shawna Ferguson joins Superior Support Resources, Inc.

Shawna Ferguson, SSR Managed Services LeadBrookfield, WI – September 14, 2020 – Superior Support Resources, Inc. (SSR), a leading information technology services provider supporting small to mid-sized businesses, has hired Shawna Ferguson as Technical Managed Services Delivery Lead.

As a functional leader, Shawna will manage and coach SSR’s help desk and network operations team as they monitor systems, address client network concerns, and troubleshoot end-user issues. She will also play an active role on these teams as an escalation point.

“Both the help desk and network operations teams are responsible for keeping our clients up and running,” said Sarit Singhal, President and CEO of SSR, “Shawna plays a critical role in maintaining the highest level of service for both. Shawna comes well qualified having several years as director of technology support services at MSOE, and most recently, help desk supervisor at QuadMed. She has successfully led strategic technology initiatives and handled complex matters in rapidly evolving technology sectors.

Shawna sits on the trust board for Northside Church of God, as well as the board of Sunbeam Kids in Milwaukee. She has an MBA with a concentration in leadership and management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Computer Services, from Ottowa University; and an Associate of Applied Science in computer networking systems from ITT Technical Institute.
