Superior Support Resources, Inc. (SSR), an award-winning technology services provider, is growing and adding to our team! We are currently seeking a Business Development Professional to perform a wide range of responsibilities.

Keys to success in this position will be to generate leads, transform those leads to clients, generate 50-65% of new business revenue, and achieve sales goals. This is an opportunity to help SSR deliver a top-notch customer experience as an integral part of a driven and talented team.

You will work closely with management to deliver a consultative selling approach by enthusiastically addressing clients’ needs and facilitating the sale process including acquiring new clients, growing business with existing clients, and running accounts on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or marketing or equivalent, or 5+ years related IT sales experience and vendor knowledge
  • Naturally social individual that can generate leads and new business revenue
  • Ability to cultivate referral sources
  • Strong business acumen with integrity and ethical behavior
  • Highly self-motivated, positive, and passionate about technology and client service with the ability to network and consult
  • Detail-oriented with a high level sense of urgency
  • Ability to work within a highly technical team to drive client results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills and ability to establish relationships with management and C-level executives
  • Compile monthly summary reports on sales metrics – new sales prospects, new clients, and opportunity losses
  • Assist in handling contracts and agreements to ensure that expectations are being established, communicated, and met with client satisfaction
